Acne Scar Laser

I've tried almost all acne scars and the cream of combat there. I'm looking for things that never worked. I have yet grain here and there, but my scars are horrible. They are completely smooth, like normal skin, it's just red. If you look real close my scars seem to have some small holes, but it is not obvious to everyone. I have enough money saved, but it seems that there are hundreds of different non-laser treatments. I do not want to pay $ 3,000 to have my face in a pile of dead skin. I tried to consult a physician specializing in laser, but it seemed only interested in my money. Where I can go?
